Preparation and travel

Following successful payment authorization, preparation ordinarily takes approximately 1–2 business days. The carrier journey after dispatch is expected to take another 4–6 business days. Relevant holidays, weekends and disruptions may extend these estimates.

Delivery questions

Check every address field before completing payment. For an unusual delay, a missing parcel or transit damage, write to psami0590@gmail.com with the order identifier and tracking information. Retain the box, contents and supporting images if damage occurred.
