Refund Policy

Returns are available for both defective and non-defective products, and exchanges are offered. The request must be made no later than 30 calendar days after the delivery date.

Eligible condition

Returned goods must be new merchandise. When an item is not defective, it must remain unused and in original condition. Merchandise is returned by mail using the free prepaid return label included in the parcel. There is no restocking fee.

How to proceed

Write to psami0590@gmail.com and provide the order reference, checkout email and reason. Include clear images for damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete items. Keep the packaging and follow the supplied return directions.

Exchange and money back

Exchange availability depends on stock. After a refund is approved, we process and initiate it through the original payment method within 10 days. The financial institution may take more time to display it. Mandatory legal remedies remain unaffected.
