What is the expected shipping schedule?

Allow about 1–2 business days for order processing and, after dispatch, an estimated 4–6 business days for transit.

Are ordinary returns allowed?

Yes. Returns cover defective and non-defective new merchandise, and exchanges are available. Make the request within 30 calendar days after delivery. A non-defective item must be unused.

Are there return charges?

A free prepaid return label is provided in the parcel and there is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 days, after which bank posting time can vary.
